The tangibility of transitioning between Interior Architect and Interior Designer is a key strategy to design and execute spaces. Customizing and personalizing a design, according to the wants and needs of the client, user, or the general public are key components, vital to space functionality, whether a private residence, retail, or commercial space. We must enhance the client’s desire to implement a proper design based upon their style preference. Each space undergoes a multi-perspectival design standpoint to create a wholesome spatial design, which in turn reflects the client, the user, and the general public exposed to the space.

• Proficient in understanding initial Project study requirements and client needs

• Ability to research and evaluate industry trends (including local) and competitor products in order to define strategic design plans

• Strong customer service skills, able to identify customer needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Strong visual & verbal design presentation skills

• Proficient use of color and texture experimentation

• Computer generated visual studies of project requirements and needs

• Ability to produce a Bill of Quantity containing all project works to be manufactured
